Better late than never? Is Muzan Kibutsuji an idiot? He may be very powerful and brutal but that does not mean he is smart. Gyutaro would have won without Daki; no, no chance. Towards the end of season 1 he killed-off 4 of his top 12 demons because they were "weak" at some point even Kibutsuji will realize he needed them.
