I am sad that you chose not to react to the filler arc. I enjoy all of your reactions, so I would like to see as many of them possible. Besides, most of the Shippuden filler is better than Naruto's.
IMO, you should watch the Fillers. It's still anime.

I say this. Most filler arcs in naruto can be enjoyed as self contained adventures and stories, yes they are not going to be up to the quality standards of the canon material but if she wants to do that then fine. How ever the final saga of naruto is heavily diminished because of all the in between filler episodes, instead of being represented as an entire arcs, there in-canon filler. THOSE i would avoid like the damn plague. That is just my opinion on it. So filler arcs are fine, it will of course prolong the story, but the in-canon filler is what completely destroys the momentum and pacing of the canon plot so avoid those.

I liked the Manga version with Shikamaru and Hidan more. In the Manga Shikamaru actually lights up a cigarette and flicks it at Hidan. I guess it's OK showing a teenager blow someone up to bits, but not OK showing a teenager take like 1 drag off of a cigarette?
Kakashi wouldve done it alone with Kamui.

to answer your question about the fourth hokage suzy do you remember the first episode of naruto not shippuden but regular naruto the very very first episode you should go back to it and just watch the opening if your curious of course.
The next filler arc shows Sasuke in some of the episodes. And features tailed beasts as well. Just a heads-up. So knowing you, you'd hate to miss those.
