The name InoShikaCho comes from a combination of three Hanafuda cards in Koi-Koi - Boar (Ino), Deer (Shika), and Butterfly (Cho).

Well Ino is a type of pig I think because Sakura used to call her Ino pig. The butterfly wings are connected to Choji somehow and the antlers for shikamaru
