Gotta say, Suzy—I’m not used to seeing you balk at any words. Seems like you typically approach things like I do, finding the whole concept of “offensive words” quite silly. But you’re visibly uncomfortable about the midget thing, which surprises me. (The word wasn’t considered offensive until I was in like middle school or high school, and then suddenly it was declared this horrible, unconscionable thing. I’ve never understood the hysteria. “Midget” sounds a hell of a lot less condescending than “little person”, which of course became the ‘accepted term’.🙄 Our society is so dumb. Technically ANYTHING can be rude if said in a rude way. I could call someone “broccoli” and make it sound like a grave insult if I said it a certain way. Where do we draw these lines?) I never thought I’d hear you do the “you can’t say that” response that our generation has been programmed to use, yet you said exactly that in the last episode. I’m not attacking you—you’re probably one of the last content creators I’d take a sharp tone with, and I have immense respect for you—I’m just super baffled and trying to understand. Is there some sort of personal reason you reacted so strongly to that? If there is, you don’t have to explain it publicly or anything—just a confirmation would do. You’ve never struck me as one of the wannabe savior/moral police types (you’re not a fucking fraud, in other words), so I don’t think it’s coming from a place like that—I just can’t figure out where such a reaction came from. It doesn’t fit the jigsaw puzzle I’ve put together over the years. Obviously I don’t know you personally, but when you observe someone playing by her own rules long enough, something like this doesn’t fit the pattern. It’s a silly thing to fixate on, but it’s perplexing, and I like to try to figure stuff out.

They did a great Job at portraiying Tien 🤔 I remember him being a jerk, but I don't remember him being this hateable. Good Villainess, very exhausting.
